Skip was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1930. He lived in Glen Burnie, Maryland for many years. He was a Longshoreman for 45 years. Skip was a member of the Elks Club where he was a past exalted ruler. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed many hobbies in life including golfing and hunting. He loved comedy and was a fan of standup comedians. He also loved telling jokes. He enjoyed the outdoors and travelling.
