William L. Nezbeth Sr., age 82, of Canfield died at 9:20 a.m. Saturday, September 10, 2016 at his home. He was born May 11, 1934 in East Township Carroll County, Ohio, the son of the late William J. and Charlotte (Ramsey) Nezbeth. Bill was owner/operator of Nezbeth Construction and Community Homes of Pasco for 40 years and retired in 2000. He attended Salem Bible Church, a 1953 graduate of Chalker High School in Southington, a former member of the Lions Club in Florida, a member of the Mahoning County Bee Keepers Association also Pasco County Bee Keepers Association in Florida. During the Korean War he served in the U. S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Ivy A. (Raymont) Nezbeth, whom he married April 10, 1954; 2 sons, William L. (Carolyn) Nezbeth Jr. of Greenford and James A. (Verna) Nezbeth of New Port Richey, Florida; 2 daughters, Karen M. Nezbeth of Greenford and Laurie A. Nezbeth of New Port Richey, Florida; 5 sisters, Barbara Bradley of Champion, Marguerite Wildman of Howland, Mary Louise Badanjek of Southington, Ruth Ann Kirkpatrick of Dallas, Texas and Janet Barillaire of Boardman; 4 brothers, Paul L. (Linda) Nezbeth of Goodview, Virginia, Robert Nezbeth of Mantua, Daniel (Donna) Nezbeth of Southington, and Kenneth (Jamie) Nezbeth of Leavittsburg; 5 grandchildren, Joshua W. Nezbeth, Lyndsay J. (Jim) Honerkamp, James E. Nezbeth, Jacob A. Nezbeth and Lillie A. Nezbeth and 2 great grandchildren, Carter A. Nezbeth and Elliott J. Nezbeth.
A daughter, Susan Lynne Nezbeth and a brother, John Robert Nezbeth, also preceded him in death.
