He is survived by his wife of thirty one years, Maria Antonieta Ruiz Brown; one daughter; two brothers, Virgil Brown and Sandy, Flemington, James Brown, Las Vegas, NV; four sisters, Crystal Renneman and Chris, Morgantown, Gwen Riffle, Shinnston, Robin Hall and Larry, Enterprise; Susan Campbell and Jeff, Oak Hill, WV. William enjoyed baking, fishing and was a huge sports fan. His favorite teams were the Pittsburgh Steelers and WV Mountaineers.
