William Joseph Timney 79, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2017. He was born in Jersey City to William J. Timney and Sarah Brogan Timney.
William graduated from St. Peter’s College and proudly served our country in the Army during the Vietnam War earning two meritorious service commendations and retired from service with the Army Reserves. He was a self-employed photographer, he loved to write, and he was a communicant of St. Leo the Great R.C. Church.
William is survived by his beloved wife Mary Nestor Timney, his loving children William J. Timney, Jr.(Ann), Michael Timney (Lori), Matthew Timney(Janice), Mary Fisher(Christopher), Sara Foley(Timothy), and Jane Glemming (James). Also, surviving are his 15 adoring grandchildren.
