William Jennings Lowther, 77, of Salem, passed away on Wedensday, January 7, 2015 at United Hospital Center, following an extended illness. He was born June 18, 1937, in Wilsonburg, WV the son of the late Marshall Lowther and Bessie (Kyle) Lowther.
He is survived by one niece; Lisa Thomas of Penargyl, PA and the residents of Salem of Group Home.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother; Jim Harvey Lowther.
William loved to play Dominos and blocks. He loved to sing and was a very happy person.
