William (Bill) James Wright, 75, of Eastampton (formerly of Pennsauken) passed away on April 8, 2019 at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mt. Holly, NJ. He was the beloved husband of Sandra Wright. They shared 38 years of marriage together. Bill grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ and graduated from Delaware Township High School (Cherry Hill) in 1962.
He was employed at Campbell Soup in Camden for over 23 years. He gave many years as a volunteer fireman and was once the assistant chief of Deer Park Fire Department in Cherry Hill. Bill was an avid Nascar fan, loved casinos, and traveling. He traveled all over to watch races and knew where the best slot machines were. His favorite places to travel to included Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Key West, New Orleans, and Alaska. He was also an amazing carpenter, with an excellent eye for detail.
He is survived by his wife Sandra, brother Wayne Wright and his wife Joan, family Ernest Cascioli, Beth Cascioli, Joseph Iacovitti, Jessica Iacovitti, grandchildren Evan Cascioli, Emma Cascioli, Ella Cascioli, Joseph Iacovitti, Jacob Iacovitti, and Joshua Iacovitti, good friends John and Marian Fuhrmeister, as well as many nieces and nephews.
