On July 31, 2016 William “Bill” James Rapp Sr . served as a proudly in the United States Marine Corps in both World War II and the Korean Conflict. Devoted husband of Joyce Rapp (nee Doggendorf). Beloved father of Kathleen Wyatt, Nancy Hayward, William J. Rapp Jr., and Theresa January.
Also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren. Loving brother of John Rapp, the late David, Theresa, Rose, and Judy. Also predeceased by his first wife Kathleen Rapp. Also survived by numerous step-children and step-grandchildren.
