William Howell, Sr., 80, of Middletown, husband of the late Clayvone (Williams) Howell, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at Water’s Edge Center for Health and Rehabilitation. Born in Hamilton, NC, he was the son of the late R.S. Howell and the late Carrie (Boney) Howell. Bill lived in Middletown most of his life. He was the owner of Howell’s Cleaners in Middletown in the 1970’s and was employed by the State of Connecticut and Middlesex Hospital for many years.
