William is survived by his loving wife Andrea A. Howard of Celebration, FL, sons: Chris Howard of Lacey, WA, Burke Montgomery of Evanston, IL and Scott Montgomery of Indianapolis, IN; daughters: Kim Russo of Islip, NY and Jennifer Haga of Mooresville, NC and 9 grandchildren.
