William Herman “Bill” Steiner, 88, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2008 attended by his wife and Hospice caregivers. Mr. Steiner was born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania the son of the late Ralph and Rose Steiner on April 17, 1919; he later attended William and Mary College and was a veteran of the Army Air Corp in World War II serving in England and France. Mr. Steiner was retired from City Investing Company New York, New York and later managed Carolina Antique Mall for several years.
