He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy I. Green Rexrode in 1989.
He was employed as a Farmer with D.M. Ridenour. He also worked for Jones Oil Company delivering gas for many years.
He was last employed with Arnold Graphics of Chambersburg, PA.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during WWII on the USS Sable and the USS Gray Lag.
He was of the Lutheran Faith.
He was a member of VFW in Sugar Grove, WV.
