William H. Krems, 79, of Chapin, IL died Oct. 8, 2020, at his home,
He was born Oct. 30, 1940, in Beardstown, the son of Homer and Irene Taylor Krems. He married Linda Pherigo in 1972 and she survives.
He is also survived by one son, Billy Joe Krems (significant other Laura Barnett) of Chapin; two step-children, Toni Lyons of Beardstown and Ricky Lyons of Palmyra; two grandchildren, Kaylee Krems and Tyson Krems; one great granddaughter, Charlotte Patterson; one brother, Fred (Rose) Krems of O’Fallon; and two sisters, Virginia Campbell and Beverly Beard, both of Jacksonville. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Mabel Knuth.
Mr. Krems loved the outdoors. He was a good neighbor who was always willing to help with anything that needed to be fixed.
