William Gergely Jr., 79, of Monroe, beloved husband of Ruth MacCormack Gergely, passed away on January 22, 2015 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. He was born in Bridgeport Connecticut, the son of the late William and Pauline Gergely. He graduated from Bassick HS in 1953 and then continued his education at the University of Bridgeport, graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering. He worked at Pitney Bowes and ASML.
