William G. Campbell, 64, Anderson, died September 10, 2005 at his residence after an extended illness.
He was born October 13, 1940 in Anderson, Indiana, and was a lifelong Anderson resident. He had been employed as a plummer. He served his country in the US Army in the Signal Corps.
He is survived by his three children, Rebecca & husband Kip Burns of Anderson, Melody & husband Donald Lyons of Middletown and David Campbell of Anderson; his mother, Evelyn Smith; five siblings, Vicky Stenski, Jack Smith, Roseva Smith, Charlie Smith and Cindy Young; nine grandchildren, Anthony Burns, Ashley Burns, Amanda Burns, Andrea Burns, Amber Burns, Brittany Lyons, Dustin Lyons, Brittney Campbell and Hailey Campbell; one great grandson, Mikal Burns; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marion Campbell and a special friend, Clima June Carr.
