William Fredrick Jumper, 85, Kokomo, passed away at 8:30 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2022, at his residence.
Born December 23, 1936, in Kokomo, Indiana, he was the son of Floyd Eugene and Loretta Monette (Marvin) Jumper. On September 26, 1970, in Tazewell, Tennessee, he was married Katherine Irene Long, who survives.
He loved watching wrestling and Westerns on TV and spent many countless hours working on cars.
In addition to his wife, Kathy Jumper, Kokomo, he is survived by one son, William Jeffrey Jumper, Kokomo; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Jerry (Gina) Jumper, Kokomo; Floyd Eugene Jumper, Jr., Wyoming; Carolyn Heath, Oklahoma; and Alice Marie Roach, Kokomo; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Sharon Sue Coakley; and three sisters, Ellen Jumper, Marsha Welcher, and Mary Shue.
