William F.G. Harrison (1917 – 2013)
Maj. William F.G. Harrison born on Dec. 3, 1917, in Baltimore, Md., passed away
on Feb. 24, 2013, in his home in Destin, Florida.
He also served in the Korean War, 1950 to 1953.
He retired in Destin for the last 25 years. His ailing health required care in his home by his wife, and
for the last 3 years, by Covenant Hospice.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Fletcher, George, his nurse, and Jane, his C.N.A., who was
invaluable to us. Also, ‘Miss Addie,’ Lakisha,
Sindel, Andrea, Dorothy, Deborah, Evelyn and Susan, his social worker for their loving care.
We also want to thank James, his volunteer, and Tom, his friend for being there whenever needed.
He is survived by his wife, Karin, to whom he was married 15 years; sister-in-law, Mia, and
husband; two nephews, Woodward Hart-mann and George Treulieb; and Joe, his little faithful poodle.
He will be missed by Donna and family and many friends.
