He is survived by two daughters, Tina and Alisha Cramer, a sister; Catherine Johnson and two brothers, Mark and Ed Cramer, three grandchildren: Karly Ruth and Jayme and Jonathon Cramer. William is also survived by his girlfriend, Sandra Green.
William was preceded in death by a sister, Christine Cramer.
