William “Bill” Everett Walters, devoted son of the late Arthur W. Walters, III and Lorraine E. Walters (nee Elliott) was born July 23, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on September 10, 2020. Bill received his education from the Archdiocese of Baltimore Catholic school system and he later enlisted into the U.S. Army on May 7, 1977. He worked his way up from Private to a Sergeant and became a skilled marksman while serving. He toured throughout the world and served his country in Germany, Colorado, Fort Ritchie, MD and Fort Dix, NJ. Bill worked in the Grog Shop, where he met Alvina Marie Colkley in 1974 and later married her on August 6, 1977. He adopted her twins, Christel Tia Colkley and Christopher Tomal Ryan Colkley. During his two year tour in Germany, Bill and Alvina had Justin William Walters on January 12, 1979. He returned back to Maryland and was honorably discharged from the service in 1985 and worked at the Baltimore famous Attman’s Delicatessen.
