WINSTED – William Everett Lester, 30, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 4, 2021. Born October 13, 1991 in New Milford; the son of Herbert Lester of FL and Janet (Gaubis) Lester of HI. Will grew up in Southbury and around the Litchfield county area. He worked as an Arborist until more recently at a Medical Lab in Waterbury. He loved being outdoors, skiing, hiking, swimming and fishing. He had a knack for hockey and soccer growing up, as well as music, playing both clarinet and cello. He built his first computer at age 13, and has built many since. He was always goofing around trying to make everyone smile and laugh. He enjoyed gaming on his computer and Xbox, plus the Nintendo classics. He loved playing Nintendo Switch and building Legos with his close nephew and namesake Everett. He is already missed beyond measure. In addition to his parents, he leaves his sister, Elizabeth Lester of Newington; nephew, Everett Rost of Kent; niece and nephew, Eden Rost and Cyrus Lee; grandparents, Doris Bellucci of FL and Carol Souza and Ralph of New Hartford; aunts, Heather Souza and Brandi Rivera; cousins, Avery and Alexis Holliday, Elena and Mia Rivera and Alex and Andrew Lester; best friend, Collin Vogg of NY; and many other extended family and friends. He was predeceased by an uncle, Dave Lester.
