William Elmo Boston, Jr., 85, of Severn, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center surrounded by his family.
William was born on August 23, 1933 in Charlottesville, Virginia to the late William Elmo Boston, Sr. and Rosalie Ligon. He grew up and attended school in Lynchburg, Virginia. After high school he joined the Unites States Navy and faithfully served his country for four years. After he was honorably discharged he moved to Maryland and shortly after begin a career spanning 38 years with the Potomac Electric Power Company.
