William Edwin Philbrick, 92, of Chaplin died August 8, 2021, at Hartford Hospital. He was born in Shaker Heights, Ohio, March 2, 1929. Bill graduated from Northeastern University in 1957 and continued to support the University the rest of his life.
Bill was the kindest and most beloved man. He leaves to miss and love him as long as they live, his wife of 66 years, Johanne, his two sons Geoffrey and Harlan, his grandchildren Amanda and Aaron and his sister Caroline Bates.
