William Earl Canipe, 77, of Finksburg, died Monday, Nov. 30, 2015, at Golden Living Center in Westminster. Born July 13, 1938 in Johnson City, TN, he was the son of the late Nettie L. Garland Canipe and Harrison C. Canipe.
He is survived by daughters Melissa Ann Spencer and companion Ronald Hudson of Seneca, SC, Rebecca May Canipe of Keymar and Jesse Lou Canipe of Seneca, SC, sister and brother-in-law Creola and Roger Stultz of Eldersburg. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
