William Earl Yancy, age 63, of Birmingham passed away on April 8, 2022. William was born on October 5, 1958 to Earl Yancy and Lillie Mae Tolbert.
William is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Joyce Yancy; his beloved daughter, Nina Lynn Yancy Phillips and his son-in-law Robert Earl Phillips; his mother, Lillie Mae Berry.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Yancy; his baby sister, and two brothers, Ricky Yancy and John Yancy.
William was a hardworking man, and devoted husband and “Daddy”. A bible believing, God loving man.
William was dedicated employee of Republic Services. He enjoyed studying Gods word and watching old westers. He was a kind spirited man with a caring heart. He was always willing to help others.
William will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.
