William E. Dearing 85, Greenwood, passed away June 4, 2013. He was born April 23, 1928 at Barren County, Kentucky to the late Earl and Retta West Dearing. He married Jetta Faye Chism on January 3, 1962 at Indianapolis, and she preceded him in death October 17, 2011. He owned and operated Kenny’s Transmission of Greenwood for many years. Survivors include his son Christopher (Amelia) Miller of Greenwood and Kenneth Dearing of Florida; daughters Shelley Mesler of Indianapolis and Deborah (Gary) McKillip of Brownsburg; brothers Roger (Sue) Dearing of Greenwood and Harold (Beverly) Dearing of Indianapolis; and sisters Betty Calvert of Indianapolis and Ruth Root of Dallas, TX.
