William Decorsy Legg, III, a longtime resident of Linthicum, died on July 30th at Baltimore Washington Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was 68.
Born in Baltimore, Mr. Legg was a Private Second Class in the National Guard from 1970 to 1976. He was a graduate of Baltimore College of Commerce, and worked for the State of Maryland Toll Facility for 32 years before retiring in 2002.
A member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Linthicum, Bill was a caring husband and father who treasured his family and friends and was well known for his sense of humor and joking demeanor.
