William D. “Bill” Myers, 62, of South Bend, Indiana passed away at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, June 3, 2021 in Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Bill was born on December 30, 1958 in South Bend to William and Katherine (Hughes) Myers. He had been employed for the last 15 years in the Maintenance Department at Holy Cross Grade School. Bill had also been employed in the Radiology Department at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. On April 6, 1993 in Orlando, Florida, he married Patricia A. Johnson, who survives. Bill is also survived by two sons, David (Mara Baim) Myers and Will Myers both of South Bend, Indiana; three grandchildren, Naomi Myers, Madison Myers and Gaby; one sister, Jackie Wilson of Nebraska; two half-sisters, Judy (Russ) Annis of Columbus, Ohio and Nancy Weiss of North Liberty, Indiana: one half-brother, Ben (Joyce) Bendit of South Bend, Indiana; his Goddaughter, Khambri Watkins; his Godmother, Bernadette Dolezal; his Godfather, Kevin Gibley; many nieces and nephews; and his best friend, Bob Valentine. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; his half-brother, Jerry Bendit; and his sister, Kathy Trumbull.
