William Clayborn Chick, 65, of Suffolk, VA died Tuesday, January 31st, 2012 at his home in Boca Raton with his family by his side.
Bill was born February 6th, 1946, in Roanoke, VA to Dorothea and Elvin Chick.
Bill spent many summers at scout camp Powhatan and was an eagle scout and a member of Order of the Arrow.
He was a graduate of Old Dominion University in 1970 and participated in construction projects for his alma mater, including their state of the art tennis facility.
Mr. Chick is survived by his wife, Theresa, sons Travis (Rose), Clay (Stephanie), and Nicholas, and grandchildren Will and Emily. He is also survived by his brother, Richard Chick and sister Carolyn O’Brien.
