William Charles Glick, Jr., 86, of Greenwood passed away September 16, 2018. He was born on May 16, 1932 in Indianapolis to the late William C. and Minnie Glick. William was the owner and operator of CJB Construction before retiring in 1988. He married Shirley Jean Golden on July 4, 1952 in Indianapolis. William was an Army Veteran, proudly serving his country in the Korean War. He enjoyed working on cars, racing at the Kitley Speedway and recently bought and restored a ’67 Mustang with his son and grandson. William also enjoyed the casino and trips to Florida with his family. He was a family man, who always put the ones he loved first.
William is survived by his sons Charles Glick and John (Mona) Glick; grandson John R. Glick and granddog Rocky. In addition to his parents he is preceded in passing by his wife of 56 years Shirley and siblings Vivian Weaver and Marie Hawkins.
