William “Billy” Dedrick, 29, of Newnan passed away Saturday, August 2, 2014 as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was born June 8, 1985 in Nashua, NH to William Thomas Dedrick & Mary Padgett Dedrick. Billy grew up in ten different states where he became friends with people all over the country. He attended Georgia Military College and graduated from the University of West Georgia with a degree in Nursing. Billy was a hard worker who paid his way through college working as an ER Tech at Southern Regional Hospital and as a fireman at the Clayton County Fire Department. At the time of his death he was working as an Emergency Room Nurse at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Survivors include mother, Mary (Blaine) Savage; father, Bill Dedrick; siblings, Mollie Elizabeth (Scott) Sullivan, Michael Thomas Dedrick, David Nathan Dedrick, Maria Anna Dedrick; nephews, Caleb Sullivan, Thomas Sullivan; girlfriend Kaci Eady; grandparents, Samuel & Serafina Padgett; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
