William R. “Bill” Schurtz, 81, of New Palestine, IN passed away on July 1, 2020. Bill was born November 21, 1938 in Toledo, OH to William Schurtz and Henrietta (Schurtz) Foster.
Bill was a devoted husband to his wife of 30 years, Elizabeth (Grey-Beal) Schurtz, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by both parents and his brothers, Chuck and Stanley. He is survived by his four children, all residents of Indiana, William W. (Stacy) Schurtz of Indianapolis, Mary (Tim) Seabolt of Saint Paul, Christopher (Amy) Schurtz of Columbus, and Terrance (Cindy) Schurtz of Indianapolis; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
