With great sadness and love, the family of William (Bill) Mulvaney announce his departure from this life on May 14, 2021 at his Scottsdale home. Bill was born in Detroit on September 18, 1935, to Frank and Marguerite Mulvaney. He was the youngest of three children. Bill and his family moved to Hartford, CT, in 1946. He attended Hartford grammar and high schools and later earned a B.S. degree from SUNY.
