William Louis Bode, 76, of Greenwood passed away March 7 at his home. He was born August 9, 1945 in Enid Oklahoma to the late Henry and Ethel Bode. Bill was married to the love of his life, Janet Nichols on February 4, 1967. He was employed as a project manager Asc. at Lockheed Martin for 20 years retiring in 2012. Prior to that he worked for IBM for over 25 years.
Bill is survived by his wife Janet Bode; daughter Kimberly Edwards (Toney); grandson William Edwards; brothers Deryle Bode (Marnell) and Phillip Bode (Glynden); and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in passing by his parents Henry and Ethel Bode and brother Leslie Bode.
