William J. “Bill” Franges, 68, of Allentown, died in Lehigh Valley Hospital on Wednesday, March 28, 2012. He and his wife, Martha (Antrim) Franges were married 47 years this past Tuesday. Born in Allentown, Pa. he was the son of the late John and Naomi Franges. He graduated from Dieruff High School.
