Bill was born August 7, 1963 in Norwalk, CT and grew up in Redding, where he graduated from the Joel Barlow High School making everlasting friendships. Bill worked in Real Estate and in the construction industry for over 20 years.
Those who knew Bill, knew him to be kind, gentle and a witty person, who you could always rely on for a joke and a smile. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to help.
