William Burt Evans, age 75, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Evans was born on December 8, 1944 in Lansing, Michigan the son of the late William Evans and Elizabeth Myers Evans.
Mr. Evans was owner/operator of Evans Construction Company specializing in Dry Wall/Metal Framing, was a heavy equipment operator and a minister. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Mr.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Evans.

Musical selections will be “When the Roll is Called Up Yonder” & “I’ll Fly Away” sung by Matt Rutland with Judy Foskey on piano. Judy Foskey will play prelude and postlude music.
