William B. Bill Wolf 104, of rural Streator , passed away May 07, 2010 at St. Marys Hospital, Streator.
Mr. Wolf was born March 15, 1906 in Melvin, IL to Conrad and Ella (McKenzie) Wolf. He married Cora Arenz, January 30, 1936 at Sts. Peter and Paul Church Leonore, she passed away March 3, 2006. Mr. Wolf was life-long farmer. Before he married he worked for the Civilian Conservation Corp, which cleared land at Starved Rock State Park. Mr. Wolf also was in a trucking partnership with his brother Henry, transporting livestock to the Peoria Stockyards. He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Leonore, the LaSalle County Farm Bureau and Modern Woodman Fraternity.
He is survived by his 2 sons; Dale (Kathleen) Wolf of Ottawa and Glen Wolf of LaSalle; 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife Cora, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
