Mr. William Arthur Norred, age 82, of Opelika, Alabama died on Saturday, April 30, 2016.
Mr. Norred was born in Randolph County, Alabama on February 10, 1934 to the late Marvin Norred, Sr. and Iris Breed Norred.
Mr. Norred was a retired Alabama State Trooper with 30 years of service. He was a member of the Parkway Baptist Church in Auburn, Alabama.
He is survived by his children, Debbie (Bob) White, Diane Parrot, Linda (Todd Middleton) Norred, and Steve (Heather) Norred; ten grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Vinson and Avonelle Kirby.
Mr. Norred was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Norred; two brothers, Marvin Norred, Jr. and Douglas Norred; one sister, Marvilene Morgan.
