WILLIAM ALBERT “BILL” ELLIS, Jr., age 59, of Thayer Street, Rauscher Hill, Grafton, formerly of Oklahoma, passed away, Saturday, January 23, 2011, at his residence. He was born in Concord, CA, March 24 1961, a son of the late William A. Ellis, Sr. and Geneva (Brinkley) Ellis. Mr. Ellis was a handyman at the time of his death but had worked as an oil rigger and bridge construction worker in Oklahoma. Mr. Ellis did not have any family in this area but was well liked by his neighbors and friends. Mr. Ellis is survived by one sister, Laloni “Loni” Harris of Longtown, OK.
