William “Bill” Abraham Drew, Jr., 67, of Newnan passed away Monday, July 13, 2020. Bill was born May 9, 1953 in Oceanside, NY to the late William Abraham Drew & Grace Murphy Drew. Bill was a smart and funny man who made friends easily and was adored by many. He was always willing to help those around him by giving advice or lending a hand. While living up North, Bill became passionate in the sport of bowling where he honed his game to near professional scores. After moving to the South, he cultivated his golf game and became equally as passionate about Braves baseball. He and his loving wife were active members of Crossroads Church. The memorial service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2020 at 4pm at Crossroads Church, Hwy 16 Campus with Pastor Mike Keaton officiating. Following the memorial service, the family will greet friends at the church. Rather than flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contribution to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Bill is survived by his wife, Maria Fernanda Rubiano Drew; daughters, Carlee Grace Schulte (Jon-Paul), Lisa Drew; siblings, Darlene Marie Drew, John Harold Drew Sr., Timothy James Drew; Grandchildren Gabriella (Gabby) Grace Drew, Ethan Paul Schulte, Barrett (Bear) Drew Schulte and Jonathan (Johnny) Drew and numerous nieces and nephews.
