On June 20th, 1964, Willard Bodean Comeaux was born to Essel Alice Robertson and, after her passing when he was two years old, was raised by his aunt and uncle: the late Wilda and Sydney Robertson. One day after our country’s Independence Day in 1989, Willard chose to devote his working career to the United States Army.
Willard loved and will always love his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Essel Robertson; his aunt, Wilda Robertson; his uncle, Sydney Robertson; his brother, Jude Robertson; and his wife of over thirty years of marriage, Amanda Lynette Robertson.
He leaves his memories to his son Willard Jr., whom he was proud of to the very bone; and his daughter Lecretia, whom he adored beyond measure.
Although Willard is no longer with us to make new memories with him, the memories made while with him, and those that will be made without him, will continue to hold his warmth and laughter, his joy and wisdom.
