SALISBURY – William Curtis Rogers, Jr., 55, died Thursday March 15, 2007 at Rowan Regional Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 17, 1951 in Rowan County to the late Lillian Elizabeth Trexler Rogers and the late William Curtis Rogers, Sr.
He graduated from North Rowan High School and N.C. State University School of Engineering. He was employed by NC Finishing and Fieldcrest Carpet in Laurel Hill until his disability 18 years ago. He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
He is survived by son, William Curtis Rogers, III and wife Timmery of Thomasville; stepson, Chuck Corley and wife Rachel of Atlanta, Ga.; daughter, Tina Corley of Salisbury; stepdaughter, Crystal Locklear and husband Mitchell of Maxton; sisters, Sheila R. Eller and husband Don of Wilmington and Salley R. Myers of Salisbury.
