Wilbur Stephens, 79, formerly of 60 Stuyvesant Ave., New Haven died March 15, 2007 in Mary Wade Home. He was the husband of the late Lena Godi Stephens. Born in New Haven Sept. 30, 1927, he was the son of the late Edward & Ethel Edwards Stephens. He was a lifelong resident of New Haven. He worked for the City of New Haven as an inspector in the Dept. of Weights & Measures and in the Dept.
