Wilbur “Bill” Keith Ware, age 84, of Confluence, PA passed away, Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Garrett Regional Medical Center, Oakland, MD. He was born in Levisay, WV, December 29, 1931, a son of the late Edgar Burtram Ware and Violet Inez Wade Ware.
Wilbur spent several years in college earning several degrees. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Wilbur worked for the American Stock Exchange and Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. He then moved to WV and worked for Lowndes Bank in Clarksburg, he was last working for the Senior Center Citizen Center in Accident, MD. He was the current president of the Lions Club in Confluence, PA. Wilbur loved to walk, ride his bike and watching any sports.
He is survived by two brothers, William E. Ware and wife Rose Marie, Fairview, WV, and Edwin Ware, Weirton, WV, many nieces and nephews, caregivers, Marshall and Nancy Williams.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters, Leslie Ware, Junior Ware, Eugenia Brock, Evelyn Knotts, Melba Ware, and Betty Simms.
