Wilbur Davis, was born April 25, 1958 and he departed his earthly home and entered into eternal rest on Thursday, October 30, 2014. He was the beloved son of the late Willie (Geneva Clark) Davis.
Wilbur joined Mt. Olive AME Churchat an early age. He worshiped under the leadership of Reverend Bookhart. He served as a trustee and a Sunday School teacher faithfully.
Wilbur was married to Juanetha B. Smith, and to this union they were blessed with four children. One child, Sheldon Davis, preceded him in death.
Among those who will miss him are his family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Shawannia Davis, Shadrick (Sandra) Davis, and Shamar Davis; he was also blessed with two additional sons, Wilbur J. Tatum and Troy Tatum; twenty grandchildren; two brothers, Johny Davis and George Davis; one sister, Margeret Snider; two sisters-in-law; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and family.
