Wilbur “Bill” Binch, 88 of Semmes, AL, passed away, Monday, November 6, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family.
Mr. Binch was born January 16, 1929 in New Hampton, NY. After 22 years of service in the Air Force, he retired with a rank of MSgt. He was an avid supporter of Faith Academy sports and for 45 years was known as the Voice of the Rams. He spent many hours cheering for his beloved Braves and mighty Crimson Tide.
Bill was preceded in death by his son, Shawn Binch and son-in-law Davey Harris. He is survived by Peggy, his wife of 67 years, daughters, Vickie (Thomas) Carpenter, Debra Harris, son Terry (Vicki) Binch, daughters, Dawn (Lavon) Mills and Cindy (Billy) Ballard, 14 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
