Wieslaw Smigielski, 71, widower of Zofia Smigielski since 2004, of New Britian, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, June 18. 2013. He was a devoted and loving father who will be dearly missed by his daughter, Yvonne Smigielski of Newington and his son, Andrezej Smigielski of Bristol. He also leaves behind three grandchildren, Kristen, Kathryn and Emily, his brother, Jerzy Smigielski and his wife, Stacia of NC; a brother-in-law, Slawek Fidelus of New Britain and several nieces and nephews. Wieslaw was predeceased by his parents, Franciszek and Marianna Smigielski; his sisters, Hanna Fidelus and Krystyna Moczulak.
