Wesley H. (Catfish) Livingston, Jr. age 59, of Sylacauga, AL, went home to Heaven on Wednesday, December 21, 2011. He had been in the Veteran’s Hospital in Birmingham for 18, days with several complications.
Mr. Livingston was a Vietnam War Time Veteran who served stateside as a medic and radiology technician. He also played bass guitar for the Dixie Echoes. An excellent carpenter, wood artist, pianist, and vocalist; Mr. Livingston spent his later years as an over the road truck driver.
He was loved by many. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Judge and Jayne Davis and John and Mary Livingston and parents, Wesley and Ruby Livingston. Survivors: sisters, Vickie Brannen Baird, Lisa Norris, nephews, Roger and Wesley Hamilton, nieces, Jacqueline Dennis and Cheryl Smith, great nieces, Ivey Hamilton, Mia Rose Dennis, and Amber Chamblee; great nephews, Brian Hill, Hayden Wood, Josh Hutton and unborn Eli Roberson; a host of cousins and friends.
