Wendy Kay Halbert Bowers passed away October 6, 2022 peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Salt Lake City on June 5, 1956 to Ronald Ward Halbert and Ruth Dela Brady and was the oldest of six children.
Wendy graduated from Roy high school in 1974 where she was very athletic, loved and participated in multiple sports.
