Wendy was a beautiful soul, one that shined in the darkest times and was always smiling wherever she went; her love was sure to follow. She was well known and made many friends and wasn’t just a loving mother to her kids, but also would welcome the kids that needed love with warm embraces. She was always helping others and cherished the people close to her and never turned her love away.
During her last moments she dedicated herself to her family until the very end. She will never leave our families heart but she left this world far too soon. She proved to many people just how deep her love goes and we will never forget her love.
Her grandbabies were her everything and she always wanted them around. Growing up I remember getting off the bus on Fridays and just hoping to see her car in the driveway to go stay with her for the weekend. No matter how much pain she was in thru this awful, cruel, and ugly process, she loved her family and always wanted them around. I know she is proud of everything we have accomplished.
Wendy was a loving and caring person who cared about everyone around her. She did everything she could for people and touched so many lives. No matter what she was going through with cancer, she was there for whoever needed her. She was strong willed, hard headed, and an argumentative person. When she loved, she loved with all of her heart! Once she invited you in, you at that moment were her family. She was very outgoing and loved to stay busy, and most importantly she loved her family, and never missed a moment to say “I love you!”
As her saying went, anytime she was leaving it wasn’t bye, it was “Love You, Later.”
