Stagg, Wendell C. Stagg, age 91, of Stratford, beloved husband of Helen A. Drozdowski Stagg, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2017 at the Jewish Home for the Elderly. Mr. Stagg was born on June 19, 1925 in West Haven and was the son of the late Carl and Marguerite Smith Stagg. He was a 40 year resident of Stratford, CT and a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from a long career as a cook from Jimmy’s of Savin Rock in West Haven, CT.
